Customer Experience Banker - New Philadelphia, OH

Serve as a “Financial Concierge” for walk-in branch customers, building and deepening consumer and business relationships. You’ll provide excellent service, accurately process transactions, and support customers’ financial goals by recommending deposit and other banking products. The role also includes a disciplined sales approach—following up with new customers, placing outbound calls, and referring customers to other bank areas—while adhering to operational, security, risk, and regulatory policies.
