Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver outstanding service to consumers using Crocs’ C.H.A.R.M. service model.
  • •Contribute to an enjoyable team environment by sharing suggestions, ideas, and concerns.
  • •Learn and assist in store departments including consumer service, product knowledge/placement, visual presentation, and stock room management.
  • •Support daily retail operations such as POS management, stock replenishment, pricing and markdown processes, loyalty promotions, and maintaining cleanliness and recovery standards.
  • •Collaborate with Store Management and lead by example to improve personal key performance indicators through sales-driven techniques, while adhering to asset protection policies and procedures.

Key Requirements

  • •Be 18 years or older.
  • •Have at least SPM / O Level or above.
  • •Minimum 1 to 2 years of working experience, preferably in retail.
  • •Fluent in English; proficiency in other languages is an advantage.
  • •Be able to work rotational shifts including nights, Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays.
