Key Responsibilities

  • •Speak with customers by phone, face to face or online and gather required information
  • •Carry out functional health assessments and gather accurate, detailed information
  • •Consult with treating healthcare professionals where appropriate
  • •Produce fair, high-quality reports on behalf of the Department for Work and Pensions
  • •Use observational, communication and note-taking skills to ensure customers are treated with care and respect

Key Requirements

  • •One year of post-registration experience as a Nurse (RGN, RMN, RNLD), Occupational Therapist, Physiotherapist, Paramedic or Pharmacist
  • •Full registration with a relevant UK regulatory body (NMC, HCPC or equivalent), with an active PIN and no restrictions
  • •Strong communication and listening skills, with the ability to write concise, accurate reports
  • •Good IT skills and the ability to work efficiently under time pressures
  • •Successful completion of full pre-employment security screening including Enhanced DBS
