Key Responsibilities

  • •Comply with policies, including proper PPE use and performing 5S duties to maintain a safe work culture.
  • •Perform electrical wiring assembly of switchboards or panelboards using hand tools and manufacturing information.
  • •Select and install correct wires by reading front views, bills of materials, wiring diagrams/drawings, and following oral or written instructions.
  • •Understand power flow and reference guidelines to wire switchboards/panelboards in compliance with regulations.
  • •Maintain job progress and quality through visual inspections, identify nonconforming parts, troubleshoot errors, and help with process improvement/root cause analysis.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 19.24 - 24.05 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or GED from an accredited institution.
  • •Minimum 6 months wiring experience.
  • •6 months experience in manufacturing or operations and/or technical experience in an industrial setting.
  • •Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship.
  • •Preferred: 1+ year experience in manufacturing or operations and demonstrated comprehension of wiring diagrams/schematics and power flow.
