Key Responsibilities

  • •Set, monitor, and move equipment needed for water extraction and drying of premises, including reading and recording data
  • •Demolition of property and debris removal
  • •Perform structural and content cleaning and assist with mold and biohazard clean-up
  • •Maintain and create accurate measurements, diagrams, photos, journals, work orders, and other documentation; data entry into job management and data tracking systems
  • •Communicate details of work performed and job status clearly with clients, managers, team members, and other parties

Key Requirements

  • •Must have a valid driver's license and safe driving record
  • •Ability to lift up to 50 pounds unassisted and perform tasks in outdoor/ indoor conditions

  • •Comfort using basic hand tools and PPE and performing in a fast-paced, team environment
  • •Willingness to work overtime, weekends, and participate in on-call rotations
