Job Summary

Lead cross-functional engineering projects for the Engine Control Unit (ECU) program within the Mechanical Systems, Externals and Nacelles (MSEN) team. Develop integrated project plans, schedules, and budgets; manage cost, schedule, quality, and technical performance; and identify risks with mitigation strategies. Coordinate stakeholders, facilitate IPT meetings, and deliver status updates and program reviews in an Agile environment, with ~10% domestic and international travel.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop, maintain, and execute integrated project plans, schedules, and budgets while monitoring performance against cost, schedule, quality, and technical objectives.
•Partner with engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, quality, and other cross-functional teams to coordinate project activities and support timely decision-making.
•Prepare and present project status updates, performance metrics, and program reviews; maintain detailed project schedules in an Agile environment.
•Lead and facilitate Integrated Product Team (IPT) meetings to support collaboration and successful execution of program objectives.
•Identify, analyze, and resolve project risks, issues, and dependencies by developing mitigation strategies and driving solutions to meet performance goals.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or related STEM with 5 years of relevant aerospace engineering project/program experience, or an advanced degree with 3 years of relevant experience.
•Experience leading engineering projects or technical programs within the Aerospace industry.
•Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
•Experience collaborating with Structures and Design engineering teams.
•Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, Teamcenter, SAP, or similar project management tools.
