HR Excellence Leader (Op Ex)

Serve as the functional leader for HR Operational Excellence, representing HR in enterprise forums and partnering with HR leadership to shape and execute the HR operating model transformation. Lead lean, continuous-improvement efforts across HR value streams, build HR capability through coaching and standard work, and provide HR-wide project management for strategic initiatives, governance, and execution. Strengthen HR performance with management systems, metrics, tiered accountability, and streamlined processes while guiding change management and adoption of new ways of working.
