Human Resources Manager (Project Site)

Serve as the primary HR leader on-site, partnering with Project Leadership to align HR strategy to project objectives across the full employment lifecycle. Lead talent acquisition, onboarding/off-boarding, workforce planning, talent management, compensation processes, and employee relations, including investigations and corrective actions. Manage HR reporting, oversee HR systems, drive performance and disciplinary processes, and build a strong team of HR Generalists while ensuring policy compliance and a positive, safety-focused work environment.
