Key Responsibilities

  • •Be the face of Carvana at the gate, enforcing ingress/egress procedures using the Safe & Secure App and RFID tech.
  • •Monitor live cameras, review footage, and investigate intrusion alerts to keep hazards from becoming incidents.
  • •Manage and document vehicle movement through inspection center entrance and exit gates, scanning and tracking vehicles daily.
  • •Act decisively during emergencies by following emergency protocols, de-escalating situations, and coordinating with partners.
  • •Run safety audits, spot environmental hazards, perform snow and heat-safety readiness, and provide detailed intel and reports to leadership.
