Key Responsibilities

•Ensure a seamless arrival and departure experience for guests.
•Greet guests, process registration and transactions, and keep accommodations and local attraction information up to date.
•Handle guest compliments, comments, observations, and challenges, recording resolutions in the “Make it Right” log.
•Work with other departments to arrange services requested by guests and update communication logs.
•Perform end-of-shift summaries and help promote hotel amenities, food & beverage outlets, services, and the loyalty program, including up-selling and making reservations using yield management practices.

Key Requirements

•Strong customer service experience required.
•Previous hotel experience preferred.
•Ability to maintain a positive, professional attitude when handling all situations.
•Solid computer skills.
•Ability to work a flexible schedule, including mornings, nights, weekends, and have strong communication skills.
