Job Summary

Provide first-line onsite and remote technical support and field engineering for client environments. Proactively detect, log, and resolve standard/low-complexity networking incidents to ensure zero missed SLA conditions. Install and configure infrastructure/software components, investigate alerts and incidents using knowledge articles, escalate to L2 when needed, and coordinate with carriers and stakeholders to drive diagnosis and effective resolution.

Key Responsibilities

•Provide professional first-line onsite technical support and field engineering services to clients.
•Proactively identify, log, and manage incidents/problems, ensuring resolution without missed SLA conditions.
•Ensure client infrastructure and associated software are configured, installed, tested, and operational per requirements.
•Investigate first-line support calls and alerts to identify root causes; escalate to L2 Field Engineer when needed.
•Maintain incident updates and resolution details in the required platform, including handling shift-change handovers and escalation to vendors when necessary.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Information Technology, Computing, or related field.
•Associate-level networking certification(s) across technologies such as Cisco, Juniper, Aruba, F5, CCNA, JNCIA, ACMA.
•Entry level experience with routing, switching, wireless, SDI distribution, and core/access layers.
•Entry level experience in technical support, remote support, and client troubleshooting.
•Entry level experience diagnosing and troubleshooting networking-related incidents and problems.
