Key Responsibilities

•Lead and mentor a team of Frontend/Full Stack and Backend engineers, promoting technical excellence and high code quality.
•Serve as a Full Stack tech-leader, contributing to architecture and full-stack solutions across Web, Mobile, and CTV platforms.
•Define and execute the team charter, focusing on end-to-end customer interactions and reliable ad display worldwide.
•Develop and oversee observability systems for the Ad Display platform, tracking reliability, viewability, latency, and providing deep debugging insights.
•Provide governance for cross-team ad rollout, defining testing and deployment strategies (A/B testing, Canary deployments).

Key Requirements

•Minimum of 6 years of professional experience in Software Engineering with a track record of building and deploying complex, large-scale systems.
•Distributed systems experience designing, developing, and operating at scale (microservices, event-driven architectures, stream processing).
•Proficiency in at least two programming languages, with Python mandatory; experience in Java, Go, or Scala is a plus.
•Basic understanding of the ML lifecycle, MLOps practices, and integrating ML models (LLMs) into production.
•Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
