Lead the Visa Commercial Solutions processor strategy by aligning processor partner capabilities with the B2B/commercial payments product roadmap and regional needs. Partner with Global Product, account executives, and solution specialists to advise on processor environment considerations and optimize the processor distribution channel, communicating roadmap dependencies across a highly matrixed global organization.

•Act as the subject matter expert on processors and processing for commercial payments.
•Deliver the processor strategy by connecting the commercial payments roadmap, processing-environment dependencies, and integration/go-to-market approach.
•Build and maintain a perspective on the processor landscape, partner inventory, readiness levels, and geographic footprint.
•Support Global Product prioritization of key features and business models to prime the processor distribution channel.
•Partner with account executives and sales teams to develop joint roadmaps and advise on best integration approaches to achieve desired client outcomes.

Key Requirements

•10+ years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree, or 8+ years with an advanced degree, or 3+ years with a PhD.
•12-15 years of relevant product management or client management experience, preferably in B2B payments and the issuer or acquirer processing environment.
•Strong understanding of B2B payments including virtual card payments, value-added solutions for corporates, tokenization, and issuer processing platforms/providers.
•Proven experience working with global and regional payments processors and delivering end-to-end initiatives to meet client commitments.
•Excellent communication and executive presence, with ability to influence across internal and external stakeholders in a matrixed organization.
