Key Requirements

  • •Strong working knowledge of military operations, modeling & simulation (M&S), data science, and operational analysis techniques.
  • •Experience with force-on-force analysis, CONOPS development, or military campaign modeling.
  • •Familiarity with DoD acquisition processes and tools (Brawler, ESAMS, etc.), including JCIDS and military operational testing.
  • •Experience leading a product effort from pre-shaping to tactical deployment and executing analyses for system design and analysis.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in an STEM domain and 9+ years of experience in operational analysis, M&S, operations research, or related defense/aerospace roles.
