Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide 360º legal support to departments in Romania and manage day-to-day legal implications in the business.
  • •Assess and advise on the launch of new verticals, projects, commercial activities, and operational challenges.
  • •Ensure compliance with applicable regulations, including privacy, labor, compliance, and regulated products.
  • •Review, analyze, negotiate, and draft contracts with key business stakeholders.

Key Requirements

  • •At least 2 years of experience as in-house legal counsel, in a reputed law firm, and/or Big4.
  • •Proven experience in contractual and regulatory matters, including privacy and labor-related work.
  • •Ability to speak Romanian and draft in English at an advanced level.
  • •Bachelor of Laws in Romania or in a European country that can be validated in Romania.
  • •Highly motivated by new technologies and strong problem-solving with attention to detail.
