Job Summary

Lead quality and reliability analysis within the Hardware Systems Verification team, applying advanced statistical methods to investigate failures and drive root-cause corrective and preventive actions. Maintain and improve the quality management system, run and close audit findings, and enhance QA receiving inspection processes. Coordinate with Engineering and Operations to ensure production transfer follows approved data, manage supplier performance and scorecards, and analyze customer satisfaction metrics for continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

•Maintain the quality system and assist quality management in establishing, implementing, and maintaining the quality management system.
•Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions for process-related concerns and to respond to customer complaints.
•Conduct audits, close out audit findings, and determine proper corrective and preventive actions.
•Continuously improve the QA receiving inspection process and procedures, including activities related to receiving/outgoing quality functions.
•Manage supplier performance through audits, timely resolution of supplier failures, develop supplier scorecards, and measure customer satisfaction.

Key Requirements

•BS degree in science with at least 4 years of related experience.
•Hands-on understanding of manufacturing and operations processes, especially for the Telecommunications industry.
•Background in quality engineering and familiarity with boards and system assembly.
•Ability to develop reliability measurements such as MTBF, DOA, IRR, and YRR.
•Demonstrated ability to organize, prioritize, manage staff, and solve problems.
