Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the NPI manufacturing development process for a suite of Maritime munition products.
  • •Collaborate with energetics and product engineering to drive DFX into munition system design.
  • •Develop and optimize end-to-end production processes to achieve capacity, reliability, and safety targets.
  • •Oversee explosive and subsea service providers for outsourced assembly/test operations.
  • •Generate associative BOP/MBOMs, MES routings, work instructions, and create control plans based on DFMEA and PFMEAs; project manage production milestones through validation, equipment bring-up, delivery, and sustainment.

Key Requirements

  • •BS (or higher) degree in electrical, mechanical, aerospace, or another engineering discipline.
  • •5+ years of experience in a relevant field, preferably manufacturing or design of electromechanical hardware.
  • •Demonstrated ability to creatively deliver electromechanical hardware in a fast-paced environment.
  • •Ability to lead manufacturing processes with strong mission focus.
  • •Ability to travel domestically up to 50% and be eligible to obtain/maintain an active U.S. Secret security clearance.
