Job Summary

Support Pernod Ricard’s Global Tech and Tech Procurement teams within the Global Operations & Procurement Legal organization. Draft, review, and negotiate technology and commercial contracts (SaaS, cloud, software licensing, IT services, outsourcing) while advising on GDPR, cybersecurity, and AI governance (e.g., EU AI Act). Partner with global stakeholders across Tech and Procurement, assist with RFx and supplier contract awards, and handle operational contract issues.

Key Responsibilities

•Draft, review, and negotiate technology and commercial contracts including SaaS, cloud, software licensing, IT services, and outsourcing.
•Advise on data protection and cybersecurity matters, ensuring GDPR compliance and managing data-related risks in supplier contracts.
•Support AI-related initiatives by reviewing AI vendor agreements and contributing to compliance and governance (e.g., EU AI Act).
•Support procurement activities including RFx processes, supplier selection, and contract award negotiations.
•Provide legal support for operational matters such as procurement, supply chain, supplier disputes, and resolution of contractual issues.

•Business-oriented, pragmatic approach balancing legal risk with operational needs.
