Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as a trusted risk business partner to business units, supporting growth in Brazil by identifying risk assessments and governance requirements.
  • •Build, operate, and continuously enhance a modern corporate and risk governance program that integrates enterprise risk management, operational risk, internal controls, and regulatory support.
  • •Lead second-line-of-defense oversight and provide constructive challenge to strengthen control design, control effectiveness, and risk mitigation.
  • •Design scalable governance processes to identify, measure, prioritize, report, and escalate risks using data-driven methodologies, metrics, and portfolio-based views.
  • •Develop executive reporting and analytics solutions using data, automation, and AI-enabled reporting to support risk governance, supervisory matters, and regulatory obligations.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor’s degree, or 2+ years with an Advanced degree, or 0 years with a PhD.
  • •Experience in corporate risk governance, risk management, compliance, audit, regulatory management, legal, or internal controls.
  • •Experience preparing, reviewing, and delivering executive-level communications and governance reporting for senior management, committees, or boards.
  • •Experience coordinating cross-functional teams to execute risk, regulatory, governance, or control-related programs and initiatives.
  • •Strong project management and transformation/process enhancement experience, including using data strategies, reporting, analytics, automation, or AI for decision support.
