Key Responsibilities

  • •Interface with customers across contract pre-proposal, negotiation, maintenance, and closeout life cycles.
  • •Draft, plan, and lead complex contract negotiations to ensure execution and fulfillment per company policies, legal requirements, and customer specifications.
  • •Manage non-routine contractual issues through senior functional management and refer to counsel when necessary.
  • •Maintain existing contracts from cradle to grave, ensuring compliance and identifying out-of-scope changes.
  • •Ensure compliance with FAR/DFARS and support Global Trade to address import/export regulatory requirements.

Key Requirements

  • •Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 10 years of prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree with minimum 7 years of experience.
