Execute and support healthcare-focused M&A transactions end to end, including preparing and explaining financial information, building financial models and business valuations, and conducting industry and company due diligence. Create client marketing and pitch materials, attend client meetings, and help cultivate client and advisor relationships. Coordinate industry research publications and assist in mentoring Analysts while driving analytical rigor and communication throughout the deal process.
