Key Responsibilities

  • •Organize and coordinate project meetings and events, including reservations, invitations, agenda coordination, and follow-up; support project planning and the project mailbox.
  • •Conduct onboarding and offboarding for project team members, including ordering hardware and access rights.
  • •Create and revise project documents in Word and PowerPoint tailored to target audiences.
  • •Contribute to the development of AI-supported assistant solutions using Microsoft Copilot to support effective project management.

Key Requirements

  • •Ongoing bachelor’s or master’s studies in computer science, business informatics, or a comparable field; first project experience is an advantage.
  • •Structured, precise working style with the ability to deliver on time even under time pressure.
  • •Good user skills in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint, including Copilot and SharePoint.
  • •Knowledge of Confluence, Azure DevOps, and Power BI is a plus.
  • •Good German and English language skills.
