Provide timely, efficient service for client transactions while maintaining accurate records and handling assigned funds. Deliver a strong client experience by understanding customer financial needs, educating clients on digital self-service solutions (ATMs, Online and Mobile Banking), and supporting outbound calling and Integrated Relationship Management (IRM). Cross-trained to support sales and service routines, follow internal controls and risk policies, and assist with new account openings and problem resolution.
