•Lead and develop the Italy Claims operations team, including performance management, coaching, and development planning.

•Manage escalations, audits, and operational governance.
•Partner with Italy collaborators and internal teams to drive process improvements, standardization, and knowledge management.

Key Requirements

•Proven experience managing teams in an operations or service delivery environment.
•Experience working in SLA/KPI-driven environments.
•Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
•Ability to manage collaborators and build strong client relationships.
•Fluent English and Italian, plus proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word).
