Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop new client relationships and identify prospects using marketing strategy for specific clients.
  • •Manage complex wealth management banking credit and treasury management relationships and identify external opportunities in investments and fiduciary.
  • •Structure and negotiate complex loan and/or lease agreements and oversee documentation preparation for financing agreements.
  • •Analyze and negotiate loan terms including special pricing conditions, interest rates, and swaps, per Credit Policy Committee guidelines.
  • •Advise and consult with clients on Goals Driven Wealth Management while generating leads through COIs and cultivating a network of additional COIs.

Key Requirements

  • •At least 5 years in financial analysis and client servicing experience, or commercial lending or leasing experience.
  • •Advanced knowledge of the banking industry, competition, and financing.
  • •Knowledge of investments, trust, and financial consulting concepts to identify cross-selling opportunities.
  • •Skills in negotiation, leadership, and sales to develop client/prospect relationships and a partner network.
  • •Excellent oral and written communication skills.
