Job Summary

Lead end-to-end technical delivery for workspace provisioning supporting the Department of Veterans Affairs Data Modernization initiative. Coordinate intake optimization, automation enablement, and secure configuration of cloud-based data workspaces across PreProd and Prod, including identity/access workflows and RBAC setup. Partner with cloud engineers and Databricks SMEs to ensure linked services, data lake integrations, and catalogs are ready quickly, while tracking blockers and maintaining provisioning documentation at scale.

Key Responsibilities

•Oversee technical delivery of pre-created workspaces to support rapid onboarding and provisioning.
•Manage the intake workflow to map users to personas, workspaces, and access configurations.
•Coordinate automatic assignment of core CDW access with appropriate approvals.
•Lead workspace creation in PreProd and Prod with Service Principals, RBAC roles, access controls, and security configurations.
•Ensure Databricks linked services, mount points, VHA Data Lake integrations, and catalog creation are ready ahead of user handoff while tracking blockers and communicating delivery milestones.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 195,000 - 225,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology (or related field) or commensurate experience.
•15+ years of experience in project management, engineering, or similar IT roles.
•Experience in technical project management, cloud platform coordination, or delivery management for engineering/data teams.
•Strong understanding of cloud architectures, data platforms, or modern analytics environments.
•Experience managing workspace provisioning workflows, including identity management and access configuration.
