Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead pre-sales technical design by analyzing customer needs and recommending solutions aligned with Agentforce capabilities and external agent integrations.
  • •Shape best practices for generative AI and agent interoperability, including prompt engineering, Data Cloud, and cross-platform integration approaches.
  • •Collaborate with AEs and SEs to build hands-on prototypes and demos using Agentforce and integrated external agents.
  • •Design cohesive architectures by integrating D360, CRM, MuleSoft APIs, and external agent endpoints with compliance and governance in mind.
  • •Act as a central technical knowledge resource by documenting best practices and providing deep technical enablement to internal specialist teams.

Key Requirements

  • •7+ years of hands-on experience designing and delivering enterprise data, analytics, and AI architectures for enterprise environments.
  • •Hands-on Salesforce expertise with Agentforce and deep fluency with Data Cloud (D360) and core Salesforce platform services.
  • •Proven experience in prompt engineering, agent lifecycle management, and hands-on prototype development.
  • •Deep knowledge of modern cloud data platforms and ingestion patterns, including Snowflake, Databricks, BigQuery, Redshift, and batch/streaming/CDC.
  • •Proficiency in programming (e.g., JavaScript, Python, SQL, R) and data frameworks like pandas or Jupyter.
