Key Responsibilities

  • •Own and continuously enhance a high-impact early career development experience aligned to enterprise talent priorities.
  • •Lead design, execution, and continuous improvement of the Leadership Program, translating strategy into scalable program plans.
  • •Manage end-to-end program delivery across the participant lifecycle, including selection, onboarding, rotations, curriculum, engagement, and placement.
  • •Oversee cross-functional program operations (timelines, deliverables, risks, governance, communications) to ensure consistent quality execution.
  • •Establish and monitor program metrics and learning curriculum improvements by partnering with learning teams, facilitators, and business leaders.

Key Requirements
