Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee daily receiving operations, ensuring timely completion of receipts and prompt resolution of operational issues.
  • •Manage day-to-day warehouse operations, including storage and item issuance, monitoring inventory for cycle count accuracy, and ensuring First expiry first out (FEFO).
  • •Develop workflows and documentation controls, and drive standardization and process improvements using AI-based process optimization tools.
  • •Oversee ASRS operations to maintain performance and uptime, optimize storage and retrieval configurations, and coordinate with IT/engineering for upgrades and troubleshooting.
  • •Supervise and train warehouse staff, ensure compliance with safety regulations and policies, and act as a site-level point of contact for process reviews and risk management.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Industrial/Mechanical/Electrical/Computer engineering (preferable).
  • •Demonstrated at least 2 years of leadership skills (e.g., university or co-curricular activities).
  • •Advanced verbal fluency with effective written communication and presentation skills.
  • •Proficiency in M365 Apps including Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint.
  • •Experience with AI tools (e.g., Chatbot/Agentic AI/automation) and warehouse/ASRS systems, including SAP warehouse modules and/or ASRS management (internship or semiconductor industry experience is a plus).
