Key Responsibilities

  • •Own day-to-day Chicago office operations (supplies, food, mail, and building coordination) by proactively anticipating needs.
  • •Evolve the office space and manage vendor and landlord relationships to keep the office professional and aligned with Kin’s culture.
  • •Track and reconcile office expenses and identify process improvements to streamline operations.
  • •Coordinate all office events and company onsites end to end, including venues, contracts, group rates, and catering logistics.
  • •Build and run employee experience programs (onboarding, recognition, gifting), swag operations, and day-to-day employee communications plus ERG logistics.

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years supporting workplace and employee experience, including maintaining clean, organized shared spaces; experience with learning and development and/or internal communications is preferred.
  • •Proven event planning experience, including vendor coordination, budgeting, and managing multiple priorities.
  • •Exceptional attention to detail and organizational discipline with proactive ownership to anticipate needs and improve operations.
  • •Ability to build relationships across internal teams (including IT) and with vendors, landlords, and external partners.
  • •Comfort working onsite in the downtown Chicago office three days a week (Tuesday–Thursday), with some Monday/Friday coverage as needed for events.
