Key Responsibilities

  • •Define and execute global sourcing strategies for third-party active ingredients with global category accountability.
  • •Lead end-to-end reset of key 3rd party active partnerships, including sourcing model redesign and make-vs-buy-partner strategy evaluation.
  • •Develop and execute category strategies aligned to portfolio priorities, including sourcing for new product introductions and cost improvement initiatives.
  • •Lead cost competitiveness work (should-cost modeling, total cost of ownership analysis) to deliver competitive positions and multi-year cost reduction roadmaps.
  • •Manage supplier performance and supply resilience by developing next-generation partnerships, addressing regulatory/freedom-to-operate risks, and enabling dual sourcing/contingency strategies.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s Degree required; Advanced Degree preferred.
  • •Minimum 10 years of business experience in a regulated environment within procurement, business development, marketing, and/or regulatory roles.
  • •Proven track record negotiating large, complex supply agreements and defining/executing procurement strategies.
  • •Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills with ability to influence without authority.
  • •Capability to organize teams and initiate projects using project management skills.
