•Manage daily operations including weekly scheduling and inventory (replenishment, cycle counts, backstock accuracy).
•Maintain compliance with Pandora and Macy’s operational, security, POS, and loss prevention policies and reporting.
•Ensure brand and visual merchandising standards are met and support District Sales Manager hiring needs (interviewing and onboarding as needed).

Key Requirements

•Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Sales Lead, Assistant Manager, or equivalent supervisory role in a fast-paced retail environment, ideally in fashion, luxury, or jewelry retail.
•Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to connect with people at all levels.
•Ability to drive results using business acumen and analytical thinking.
•Experience recruiting, retaining, and developing teams, including succession planning and internal mobility.
•Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 Suite, KWI, POS systems, and applicant tracking systems; must be at least 18 and eligible to work.
