Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and develop the Ship Project Management team, driving consistent integration across the batch.
  • •Own the integrated batch forward plan to ensure delivery commitments are credible, aligned, resourced, and executable.
  • •Drive alignment across ship, engineering, supply chain, and operations leadership on priorities, dependencies, and critical outcomes.
  • •Lead integrated performance management by resolving cross-ship constraints, risks, and emerging issues.
  • •Coordinate governance and delegated authority for ship activities, represent integrated ship delivery in program governance forums, and provide clear insight on performance, priorities, risks, and decisions.

Key Requirements

  • •Significant experience in Project Management.
  • •Ability to problem solve and work autonomously to deliver outcomes.
  • •Proven ability to negotiate with and influence internal and/or external stakeholders to generate project or program benefit.
  • •Proven ability to think innovatively and plan strategically.
  • •Defence security clearance or eligibility to obtain, and eligibility to be cleared for ITAR (International Traffic in Arms) regulations.
