As a Trainer in the Back Office team, you will design and deliver training programs for retail operations in Jeddah, helping new hires and staff develop foundational product knowledge, processes, and systems. You will collaborate with department leads to identify skill gaps, create learning materials, and measure impact to improve operational efficiency and service quality.
