Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide 3rd-level technical support for SCCM infrastructure incidents, including downtime and related requests.
  • •Perform complex troubleshooting for SCCM and imaging technologies covering SCCM OSD and Intune Autopilot.
  • •Interface with customer and account-based teams on projects and resolve internal and customer technical issues.
  • •Develop custom deployment scripts (VBS, batch, PowerShell) and scripts to gather inventory from client endpoints.
  • •Handle P1/P2 major incident scenarios as a single point of escalation and generate custom reports using SQL queries.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of relevant experience or equivalent education and work experience.
  • •Advanced knowledge of SCCM infrastructure including primary/secondary site servers, distribution points, co-management, and Cloud Management Gateway.
  • •Expertise with Microsoft Endpoint Manager tools (Config Manager and Intune).
  • •Good understanding of Windows server administration (AD, domains, policies) and configuration management principles.
  • •Ability to develop custom deployment scripts using VBS, batch, and PowerShell, including knowledge of Package server and Task server concepts.
