Key Responsibilities

  • •Maintain understanding of quality requirements for producing Ethanol/DDGs/WDGs/ICO
  • •Perform routine testing on inbound, in-process, and finished products
  • •Conduct testing and routine maintenance for water treatment systems and adjust operations as needed
  • •Maintain and promote a strong safety culture and follow safety policies, procedures, and regulations
  • •Utilize lab equipment (HPLC, IC, GC, Cell Counter, IR, NIR, Titrators) and troubleshoot instrument issues

Key Requirements

  • •1+ years of experience in Quality Management and/or Quality Assurance
  • •High School diploma or GED

  • •Prior experience in large-scale chemical or processing environments
  • •Experience with safety programs including Lock Out/Tag Out and chemical hazard communication/chemical hygiene
