Key Requirements

  • •5+ years in IT engineering, automation, or systems engineering with demonstrated ownership of architecture decisions.
  • •Deep expertise building and maintaining complex automations using n8n, Airflow, Temporal, Jira Automation, or Workato, with strong Git-based development workflows (branching, CI/CD, code review).
  • •Working knowledge of Okta, Slack API, and Google Workspace administration to design secure, scalable automation architecture.
  • •Ability to operate independently in ambiguous environments by translating loosely scoped problems into production-ready specs and architecture decision records.
  • •Experience mentoring peers and writing technical design documentation for technical and non-technical audiences.
