Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive end-to-end process integration for advanced semiconductor device fabrication.
  • •Define and optimize process flows to meet performance, yield, and reliability targets.
  • •Collaborate with module owners (lithography, etch, deposition, metrology, etc.) to align process development with integration requirements.
  • •Conduct DOE, analyze optical test data, and provide feedback for process tuning and device improvement.
  • •Troubleshoot integration issues with root-cause analysis and support technology roadmaps/transfer into volume manufacturing.

Key Requirements

  • •Master’s degree or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, or a related field; PhD preferred.
  • •At least 5 years of work experience, including 3+ years in process integration (preferably R&D) within a high-volume manufacturing environment.
  • •Strong knowledge of nanotechnology processes, including lithography, etch, deposition, CMP, and metrology.
  • •Proficiency in statistical data analysis and process optimization/control using tools and methods such as Design of Experiments, SPC, and JMP.
  • •Experience reading layout files (e.g., GDS and OASIS) and familiarity with optical proximity correction (OPC) methodologies (plus optics knowledge is desirable).
