Job Summary

Own the holistic post-sale Client Services relationship for key clients in New Zealand and Pacific Islands. Provide advanced technical consultation to support implementation, product adoption, and optimization of client performance. Build and execute forward-looking Client Success Plans that track adoption, usage, and health index, lead operational reviews, and serve as escalation point for significant incidents and crisis responses while working closely with Sales and Product.

Key Responsibilities

•Partner with Account Executives to lead operational activities for an assigned client portfolio with advanced technical consultation on systems and services.
•Own the holistic pre- and post-sale operational relationship, including client implementation, and serve as the central voice of Client Services to clients and Sales account owners.
•Develop and execute Client Success Plans that track adoption, usage, health index, and readiness for upcoming mandates and projects.
•Advise clients by driving complex, cross-functional initiatives aligned to key client goals, incorporating automated solutions to improve efficiency and productivity.
•Provide planning and operational support to improve performance, cost effectiveness, and compliance, including handling complex change requests and serving as escalation point for major incidents.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) with 8+ years of experience in customer support roles in software, financial or information services, or 3-5 years knowledge of payment systems services.
•Proven success in client relationship management, building measurable action plans to help clients realize value from products and solutions.
•Issuing and acquiring knowledge and experience in digital payment operations, preferably Visa, supporting highly complex clients and services.
•Working knowledge of Visa systems, including authorization & clearing systems, network tokens, client connectivity, and Visa Settlement Services.
•Strong technical aptitude and analytical skills to translate complex concepts into business solutions; excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
