Key Responsibilities

  • •Produce high-quality 3D BIM models in Civil 3D, Revit, and Plant 3D for water-related projects, under minimal supervision.
  • •Coordinate with BIM Coordinator/Sr. Design Engineer to prepare BIM models and generate drawings as specified by the client.
  • •Collaborate with designers, engineers, architects, and clients to convert information into layout designs, drawings, and models using AutoCAD and BIM tools.
  • •Perform clash detection using Navisworks and Revit interference check, export clash reports, and review findings.
  • •Assist with production of 2D sheets (plans, sections, 3D clips, and details) from 3D/4D multi-discipline models, including transitional 2D techniques.
Travel: Low travel

Key Requirements

  • •Degree/Diploma in Engineering.
  • •Strong experience producing Civil 3D, Revit, and Plant 3D 3D models for civil/architectural/structural/mechanical drawings, including equipment layout and site plan drawings.
  • •Working knowledge of BIM concepts and ability to produce Revit plans, sections, elevations, details, schedules, and manage view ranges, templates, families, and project/shared parameters.
  • •Experience with Clash detection using Navisworks and Revit interference check, including reviewing and exporting clash reports.
  • •Ability to work independently with moderate supervision and to plan deliverables against UK engineering standards for each project stage.
