Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner with Account Executives on discovery to uncover compliance, payroll, and integration requirements.
  • •Scope and design solutions across EOR, global payroll, and benefits.
  • •Deliver demos tied to what the prospect is trying to solve.
  • •Navigate multi-country scenarios across NAMER, EMEA, and APAC.
  • •Respond to RFPs and security questionnaires, then support handoffs to Implementation and CSM with clear notes.

Key Requirements

  • •3-6 years in a customer-facing role (SC, SE, AE, CSM, or Implementation).
  • •Experience with EOR, global payroll, HRIS, or international HR tech (e.g., Deel, Remote, Rippling, Oyster, ADP, Workday).
  • •Comfort presenting and demoing, able to hold a room and conversation at the same time.
  • •Ability to explain complex topics clearly without oversimplifying.
  • •Understands how deals move and where they tend to get stuck.
