Job Summary

Work with Account Executives to qualify deals, run discovery, and deliver tailored demos for Multiplier’s EOR, global payroll, and benefits solutions. Deepen prospects’ understanding by scoping compliant, multi-country employment requirements across NAMER, EMEA, and APAC. Respond to RFPs and security questionnaires, surface product gaps with deal context, and support clean handoffs to Implementation and CSM.

Key Responsibilities

•Partner with Account Executives on discovery to uncover compliance, payroll, and integration requirements.
•Scope and design solutions across EOR, global payroll, and benefits.
•Deliver demos tied to what the prospect is trying to solve.
•Navigate multi-country scenarios across NAMER, EMEA, and APAC.
•Respond to RFPs and security questionnaires, then support handoffs to Implementation and CSM with clear notes.

Key Requirements

•3-6 years in a customer-facing role (SC, SE, AE, CSM, or Implementation).
•Experience with EOR, global payroll, HRIS, or international HR tech (e.g., Deel, Remote, Rippling, Oyster, ADP, Workday).
•Comfort presenting and demoing, able to hold a room and conversation at the same time.
•Ability to explain complex topics clearly without oversimplifying.
•Understands how deals move and where they tend to get stuck.
