Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform system-level validation, failure analysis, characterization, and experimentation of customer systems.
  • •Run/configure diagnostic software, design experiments, analyze data, and build custom hardware/software tools.
  • •Provide technical customer integration support at customer locations and debug product customer failures.
  • •Use diagnostics to reproduce failures, identify failure mechanisms, coordinate with Product Engineering and RMA, and provide 8D failure documentation.
  • •Design and implement Micron system tools (test scripts, hardware controls for parameters) and support internal/external diagnostics and DOE.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree (Electrical or Computer Engineering or equivalent) with 4+ years experience, or Master’s degree with 3+ years experience, with a balanced hardware and software skill set.
  • •Experience working and programming with Linux and Python/C/C++, plus version control systems (git, svn).
  • •Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • •Good communication and presentation skills, including data analytics capabilities.
  • •Basic understanding of DRAM operations and computer networking.
