Key Responsibilities

  • •Supervise multiple Wireline and Perforating crews executing daily well-site services.
  • •Use competency and performance data to identify opportunities for performance improvements and assess crew competence.
  • •Actively promote and apply Halliburton Management System (HMS) and coordinate Correction, Prevention, and Improvement (CPI) process for the PSL.
  • •Investigate irregular/unplanned events and follow up on corrective actions within assigned PSL.
  • •Ensure compliance with HSE standards and investigate accidents, injuries, and incidents using Taproot; drive implementation of new technology at client locations.

Key Requirements

  • •Undergraduate degree in engineering, business administration, or similar disciplines.
  • •Minimum 3 years of experience in Wireline & Perforating field operations.
  • •Ability to supervise multiple Wireline and Perforating crews and manage crew hiring, discipline, and termination.
  • •Knowledge of and ability to apply Halliburton Management System (HMS) and performance improvement processes.
  • •Accountability for compliance with Health, Safety and Environmental (HSE) Standards and use of tools such as Job Safety Analysis (JSA) & Hazard Observation Programs (HOC).
