Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as the technical lead for the Stop Loss platform, guiding architecture, technical direction, and overall delivery across teams
  • •Develop secure, high-quality, high-performing code while driving code reviews and setting standards for versioning, reusability, and performance optimization
  • •Lead testing strategy, CI/CD pipelines, and production support to ensure reliability, scalability, and strong quality practices
  • •Define scalable system architecture, establish design patterns, and create technical documentation to enable consistent execution
  • •Mentor senior engineers and provide hands-on technical leadership, guiding work and innovation without formal people management responsibilities

Salary: 141,600 - 236,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •12–15 years of experience in software engineering with deep expertise in platform engineering, full-stack development, and hands-on coding
  • •Proven technical leader with strong system architecture skills and experience guiding decisions across multiple teams or platforms
