Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and maintain detailed cost plans and estimates across design and delivery, using industry benchmarks and technical documentation.
  • •Produce and present monthly cost reports, executive summaries, and funding data to stakeholders.
  • •Coordinate cost information sources (design teams, GC, subs, vendor quotes) for cost validation, auditing, and benchmarking.
  • •Lead procurement strategy development, contractor/subcontractor pricing reviews, scope validation, and commercial negotiations for fair contract prices.
  • •Own change control and manage post-contract cost variances, including review, estimation, negotiation, reconciliation of change orders, and EVM-informed cost control.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, Engineering, or a related field.
  • •5–7+ years in cost management/project controls within mission-critical environments (data centers, high-tech, industrial) for medium to large projects.
  • •Strong understanding of budgeting, financial reporting, cost control systems, and Earned Value Management (EVM).
  • •Expertise in procurement strategies and commercial management of contractor/vendor contracts, including pricing reviews and negotiations.
  • •RICS accreditation (or progress toward certification) is advantageous, with strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
