Key Responsibilities

•Define the medium- to long-term VM strategy aligned with the brand DNA and market evolutions, and set KPIs to measure merchandising impact.
•Supervise the creation and updating of international VM guidelines; oversee merchandising deployments in France and ensure consistency across markets.
•Act as strategic liaison to teams and markets, ensuring coherence and relevance of VM implementations.
•Oversee Store Design: define inspiration and direction, guide agency development, and ensure brand identity cohesion in-store projects.
•Manage project agency relationships: set priorities, monitor timing, quality of deliverables, and ensure adherence to CSR (durable materials, eco-friendly processes).

Key Requirements

•5+ years of proven experience in Visual Merchandising/Retail Design in the beauty sector with international exposure and people management
•Fluent in English
•Proficient with Adobe Creative Suite and 3D software (e.g., SketchUp, V-Ray)
•Ability to lead and manage a team (including a project leader)
•Strong interest in CSR, innovation, and in-store experiential concepts
