Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as primary IT strategic lead for Boeing Defence India, defining priorities and representing BDI in enterprise IT governance.
  • •Produce decision briefs, budgets, and business cases to secure funding and resource commitments.
  • •Own RAA, support model, and escalation matrices for localized systems and coordinate end-to-end L1/L2 support with enterprise IT teams.
  • •Lead SAP sustainment & change capability in partnership with the SAP COE and partners.
  • •Provide end-to-end delivery governance for IT platform enablement initiatives, including pilot approval and assurance of business readiness and outcomes.

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years relevant experience delivering IT services, including ERP/PLM/MRO programs, IT service management, or an equivalent education/experience combination.
  • •Demonstrated experience with SAP (S/4), PLM/MRO programs, or large enterprise system implementations.
  • •Strong stakeholder management and governance experience, including chairing change boards and driving decisions.
  • •Ability to work across distributed teams and vendors, with excellent communication skills.
  • •Experience defining and governing localized IT systems (e.g., ERP, MRO, training/simulation) with support model/escalation coordination.
