Key Responsibilities

•Lead and manage complex projects and programs as the key client interface.
•Develop working relationships, problem solving and driving projects to successful completion.
•Managing the design process to achieve the client's requirements and manage expectations.
•Reviewing project plans and specifications, scheduling, costs saving measures, discrepancies, potential construction problems, etc.
•Managing project safety and environmental requirements.

Key Requirements

•Technical understanding of Data Centre Infrastructure – HVAC, Electrical, Generators, Fire, Security and BMS
•Professional/tertiary qualification in project management, engineering or construction
•A minimum of 5 - 10 years project management experience, preferably gained within a Data Centre or similar technical environment
•A thorough understanding of the total project life cycle, from project inception stage, design, authority approvals through to construction completion and post-project review
•Advanced Microsoft skills are essential and Primavera skills will be highly regarded
