Join the Field Engineering early career program and become the key interface between on-site teams and customers. You’ll coordinate crews and equipment deployment, troubleshoot complex technical problems on-site, manage equipment receiving and documentation, and support tenders with data analysis and cost estimates. Through 36 months of guided field experience and job shadowing, you’ll build a foundation for long-term impact in helping clients produce energy more efficiently.
