•Provide strategic advice and expert injury management support to aligned claims teams to ensure quality decision-making and effective Recovery and RTW outcomes.
•Lead case conferencing to support claim strategy development and enhance case manager skills to achieve successful outcomes.
•Maintain relationships with injured workers, occupational rehabilitation providers, and treating health practitioners to support recovery plans and effective communication.
•Develop and motivate team members to foster engagement, accountability, and continuous improvement in performance and team culture.
•Use initiative and creative thinking to improve team efficiency and effectiveness.
